Tickets are available via Eventbrite or cash at the event.
Payment Types
Tickets can be purchased in advance using Eventbrite secure payment system with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal. This option is available until just after the tour start time. At the tour start time, tickets can be paid for using cash, or the Eventbrite processing on site.
Please note that USD are accepted on par.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that the tour is canceled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your tickets will be 100% refunded. However, the tours will generally proceed rain or shine. Cancellation notification will be given as soon as possible via the email provided on the buyer’s Eventbrite registration.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Tickets will be 100% refunded if your refund request is made two days prior to the booked tour. Tickets will receive a 50% discount from two days to 24 hours before the booked tour. Within 24 hours of the booking, refund requests will be respectfully declined as well as no-show refund requests. You won’t want to miss the tour and the beauty of the valley, so we don’t think you’ll need to worry about this fine print!
